These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the mobile application, website, and services provided by Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Registration

• Registration fees paid for membership are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Once registration details are submitted and approved, changes to the master contact details of the firm are not permitted.

2. Policy Modification Rights

Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove policies related to free or paid services at any time, without prior notice. Users are required to comply with updated policies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All logos, websites, software, applications, brand names, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
• Users are strictly prohibited from tampering, copying, manipulating, or misusing company assets.
• Any violation may result in legal action, suspension, or permanent termination.

4. Area of Operation

• Users are allowed to operate only within the allotted area assigned at the time of enrolment.
• Working outside the assigned area requires prior written permission from Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized activity may lead to suspension or termination.

5. Account Security

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login ID, password, and account credentials.
• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for fraud, misuse, or loss arising from credential sharing.

6. Technical Limitations & Data Loss

Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any data loss, record loss, or service interruption caused due to technical issues, system failures, or third-party service disruptions.

7. Unauthorized Charges

• Users are not permitted to collect service charges or any amount beyond the defined commission structure.
• The company will not be responsible for any legal consequences arising due to unauthorized collections by users.

8. Account Discontinuation

• Users wishing to discontinue or freeze their account must provide written notice at least 7 days in advance.
• If a user stops operating without prior notice and any balance loss or manipulation occurs, the company shall not be liable.

9. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a technology enabler and service facilitator for Recharge and BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) services offered by third-party telecom operators, utility providers, and billers. The Company does not own or control these services and shall not be responsible for service failures, delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

As an online platform, Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for losses caused due to:

• Technical faults
• Network failures
• Third-party operator issues

No reimbursement or compensation shall be provided for such losses.

11. Termination of Services

Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or contracts if a user is found violating company policies, legal requirements, or operational norms.

12. Amendments

The company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
