Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website or mobile application,
you (“User”, “YOU”) agree to this policy without limitation or qualification.
1. Acceptance of Policy
By using Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd.’s services, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions
and Privacy Policy.
2. Policy Modification
Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy
at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
3. Role of Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
- Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a technology platform, payment facilitator, and intermediary.
- The Company does not own, sell, or control any products or services offered by third-party merchants, vendors, or aggregators.
- Refunds, cancellations, or reversals (if any) are governed strictly by the merchant/vendor or aggregator’s policies.
4. Refund Responsibility
- Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has no control over refund or cancellation decisions made by merchants or service providers.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any refund, cancellation, or related charges imposed by third parties.
5. Wrong or Erroneous Transactions
- If a User makes a payment to the wrong party, wrong mobile number, wrong DTH number, or for an incorrect amount, Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall have no liability.
- Such transactions cannot be reversed or refunded by the Company.
- Users must directly contact the concerned third party for resolution, if any.
6. Prepaid Recharge & Utility Services
- All prepaid recharges (mobile, DTH, data card, or similar services) are final and non-refundable.
- Users are solely responsible for entering correct details before completing a transaction.
- Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for failed or incorrect recharges due to user input errors.
7. No Guarantee of Service Continuity
Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for losses caused due to:
- Technical failures
- Network issues
- API downtime
- Third-party service disruptions
- Force majeure events or regulatory actions
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all liability arising from acts, omissions,
or failures of users, merchants, vendors, or aggregators.
Users expressly acknowledge that the Company is only an intermediary and
stands indemnified against all claims arising from third-party services.
9. Merchant Terms & Conditions
- Users are advised to review the respective merchant/vendor’s terms and refund policies before making a transaction.
- Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for a user’s inability to access merchant policies or for any loss arising from them.
- The actual contract for sale is directly between the User and the merchant/vendor.
10. Errors & Service Limitations
Service information, pricing, availability, APIs, and interfaces may be subject to:
- Human or system errors
- Delays or interruptions
- Technical limitations
- Third-party dependencies
The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from such limitations.
11. Erroneous Transfers
Any amount transferred erroneously or mistakenly by the User shall not be refunded
under any circumstances.
12. Refund Mode
Any approved refund (if applicable) shall be credited only to the
Pink Pay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. wallet.
No refunds will be processed to bank accounts or original payment methods
unless mandated by law.
13. Cashback Adjustment
In case of a refund, any cashback earned will be reversed.
If the cashback has already been used, the equivalent amount shall be deducted
from the refund value.
